Common questions about Numberline plans

Do you charge per user?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan. Plan limits apply to numbers, extensions, outbound minutes, connected AI agents, and advanced capabilities.
Are extensions unlimited?
Lite includes 2 extensions. Grow includes 5. Max includes unlimited extensions.
What counts toward my minutes?
Only outbound minutes count. Inbound calls don't use your included minutes.
What happens if I exceed my minutes?
You can add more outbound minutes whenever you need them. Pricing is shared at launch.
Can I keep my current number?
Numberline is designed to support bringing your current business number. Join early access and we'll share porting details when setup opens.
Can I text from Lite?
Yes, after the required SMS compliance approval.
What counts as a connected AI agent?
One connected agent is one distinct external AI agent added to Numberline as a destination. Using that same agent on several extensions or numbers counts once. The allowance is per account across providers, and custom AI-agent destinations count too. Connecting a provider or listing its agents does not use it. Does the agent count include AI minutes?
No. The count is how many distinct agents you can save as destinations. It is not a bundle of AI talk time and does not set how many calls an agent can take at once. Connect agents from your own AI provider. Provider subscription and usage charges are billed separately.
Do I need hardware?
No. Numberline works on the mobile phone and computer you already have. Compatible SIP desk phones are optional on Grow and Max.
