Your number and its forwarding rules live separately from the app and the dashboard. If the app is unavailable, calls still forward to the phones you chose.
How problems are detected. Call completion, message delivery, and voicemail processing are monitored continuously, and a drop in any of them is treated as an incident before customers have to report it.
